I believe that the majority of the big companies create barriers to marketing and sales, but

Every company needs to understand the difference between Marketing and Sales.

Marketing is about creating a message that resonates with the target audience. Marketing is not just about promotion, but also about creating a company's brand and identity.

sales are about converting opportunities into revenue. in the process of finding prospects and convincing them to purchase your product or service. Salespeople are often viewed as more aggressive than marketers because they are focused on closing a sale at any cost.

Marketing is about creating awareness and in the process of promoting a product or service to potential customers.

The company must understand that a person with an MBA in marketing should not be hired as a salesperson. As a manager, you should provide opportunities in the marketing field.
